About Lisa

Lisa Goldberg is a Nutritionist and Weight Loss Expert with a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist, a Certified Dietician/Nutritionist licensed by New York State, and Certified in Adult Weight Management by the ADA. She is also a personal trainer certified by ACE since 1994.

Lisa has been coaching clients since 2001 and specializes in weight-release coaching around emotional eating, mindful eating, lifestyle and habit/behavior change - creating sustainable changes that enable her clients to lose unwanted weight for good. Lisa coaches clients virtually all over the USA and around the world.
